Packing your luggage in the car...

You don’t have to choose between packing your luggage or taking your kids with you on a trip. When traveling car good packing skills are a must. We assume you have followed the basic rules of packing your luggage. Pack light, pack light and pack light. A good piece of rolling luggage will make getting from car to hotel easier.

Naturally start with a clean trunk. Try to fit your all luggage in the trunk and luggage box. You will keep the car free of clutter and increase leg room this way. Pack from back to front, filling the sides in before you fill in the middle. Use square and rectangular luggage and coolers. Steer clear of odd shaped luggage that leaves dead air space. Put the bags you'll need at the hotel in the back and the food and entertainment items toward the front. Don’t stuff bivy sacks and mesh bags in every crevice. Just keep one bag with a few necessities like tampons or baby diapers.
