Briefcases make a statement. They are for executives that don’t need a laptop case because the senior vice president is following them around taking notes on their laptop. Now for the rest of us they look a little dated so make sure that when you buy a briefcase it is exquisite -quality beyond measure. It should not double as a diaper bag. A briefcase should be simple with only two compartments. Places for pens and business cards. A briefcase acts as a presentation tool for both it contents and you.

Bosco is the industry leader. But if a Bosco leather briefcase is out of your price range consider a McKlein briefcase. They also make a laptop case which in my opinion is a poor design for a laptop case but excellent design for brief case. It has all the correct styling to make a statement and all the correct functionality to make a clean crisp presentation.
