Samsonite Luggage

Samsonite has several good product lines in luggage however there are only 2 product lines that I personally would recommend.

Samsonite Spinner:

Favorite Feature: The Samsonite Spinner has four wheels that can turn 360 degrees. This mean your carry on luggage will not tip over when you turn sharply. This also allows for ergonomic compensation. Pulling luggage is not actually ergonomically correct one should really push the luggage. When pulling you luggage actually moves slightly left to right and pulls uncomfortably on back muscles over a long period of time. The 360 wheels of the Samsonite Spinner helps correct the strain on your back.

Samsonite Silhouette:

Favorite Feature: The Samsonite Silhouette is rugged. This is a piece of luggage that will last a life time. This luggage is made of tough ABS plastic and a magnesium alloy frame. These two features make the Samsonite Silhouette both very light and very tough. It also has a two position handle for “taller“travelers. This makes pulling your luggage much more comfortable. With the Samsonite Silhouette tall people do not feel as though they are always lifting their luggage slightly off the ground.

Atlantic Luggage

Atlantic Citrus:

Everyone like the Atlantic Citrus colors but the little know is the superb engineering. The Atlantic Citrus uses inline skate wheel technology for smooth rolling. It also features an extra handle on bottom of case which is great for putting your luggage in the car and the Atlantic Citrus expands a full 2" for add packing space.  

Atlantic Infinity:

Favorite Feature: The Atlantic Infinity has 3 very nice well lined interior organizational spaces. You can put a laptop in here and feel comfortable with you decision. With all this organizational space you would expect this luggage not to fit into most commercial airline overhead space- but the Atlantic Infinity always fits perfectly.

TravelPro Luggage

TravelPro Platinum 4:

Favorite Feature: I have to confess the TravelPro Platinum 4 is my favorite piece of luggage out there today. The TravelPro Platinum 4 is made of Dupont Teflon coated ballistic nylon with full grain leather trim and an ABS honeycomb frame on bottom of bag for added support. This make for a tough rouged exterior. It has a 5 stage locking handle for ergonomic pulling. It has a fully lined H2O resistant lining. Perfect for people who pack wet bathing suits. The TravelPro Platinum 4 also sports heavy duty self healing zippers on the main compartment.

TravelPro Crew 5:

Favorite Feature: The TravelPro Crew 5 is a remarkable piece of engineering but the feature I like the most is the TravelPro Crew 5’s new H2O resistant lining. I cram wet socks and bathing suits into my carry on luggage all the time. Usually I place these wet items in a plastic bag. But what happens when the bag leaks? Well if you are traveling with the TravelPro Crew 5 the answer is “nothing”.

Hartman Luggage

Favorite Features: Hartman consistently turns out a classic long lasting piece of luggage.

It features a ballistic nylon exterior and leather trim. The thing that set Hartman luggage apart is its deep room pockets and lots of them.
